Refund policy
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, so we offer a 7-day return policy for our products. If you receive an item with visible defects, please contact us and provide photos so we can assist you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that there is a 20% re-stocking fee for prints, as we do not carry them in stock. To initiate a return, email us at info@marciabauermeister.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. If you return an item without first contacting us, it will not be accepted. If you have any questions or concerns about the return process, please feel free to reach out to us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to make it right. However, certain items such as custom products or personalized art cannot be returned. Also, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
For exchanges, we suggest returning the item you have first and then making a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method, although it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
